PLEASE SHARE!! WAYNE HOUCHIN SEVERELY BURNED IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

Monday while appearing on a national TV show in the Dominican Republic, Wayne Houchin was severely burned. In an act of random violence, the TV host took a handful of Aqua De Florida, ignited it and intentionally dropped it on Wayne Houchin’s head and face, setting him on fire.

Wayne was not aware he was going to do this. This was not a stunt or part of an act – this was a criminal attack.

The fast actions of the rest of the Curiosidades team saved Wayne’s life. He was rushed to the emergency room and has severe burns on his head, face, neck and right hand.

Wayne is in extreme pain, but he is recovering and in good hands. Updates to come soon.

The flames in the photos are obviously photoshopped (In the third photo, notice the shadow on his head which is apparently surrounded by bright flames).

No mention of it in any reliable news outlets. Just a shameless publicity stunt. Shame on you.

    I have used photoshop extensively in the past as a graphic designer, including plenty of experience using it for highly detailed manipulation of photographs. These photographs have not been altered using photoshop, they look completely genuine, and the flames are entirely consistent in colour with what you would expect from the type of liquid in question. As Xavior points out, this is NOT a joke. Also, if Derreck had actually bothered to look he would find several reliable news outlets reporting the story. Derreck you are a complete idiot; you’d do well to keep your mouth shut on things you clearly know nothing about. Indeed, shame on you.

Dude. This is crazy! My sincere condolences to Wayne and his family. Even though I’m sure this has caused pain and suffering, I hope you fully recover from this. I’ve seen the video over and over again. It’s just shocking!!! Are the girl and the guy in on this? Seems like the girl is holding the bottle of something (i imagine its what caused the fire) and the guy is holding the lighter? What the hell was everyone thinking? Dude lights his hand on fire and everybody is like, sure just put that over my head! Sorry its just doesn’t make sense. Wayne just a heads up… been in the DR bro… you have no idea where the hell this just happened. The justice system blows ass… average case is like 3 years and lawyers will milk you for everything you got. Laws are ancient, don’t even make sense. I’d suggest you think it over and over and over again before sparking up the legal channels. Sad but true. It seems to me like it was an accident. Do you know this guy before showing up? Why would he just attack you? How can this be intentional? Be careful what you say before proving it in court… knowing this backassward third world country you probably will be the one getting sued. What does this guy have to say? Did he admit? Has he tried contacting you? All this needs to happen before sparking up legal channels. Just trying to help. So sorry bro.
