If you watch the video the guy keeps rubbing the fire into Wayne and chases him while doing it as Wayne tries to get away.. They then say they did it because he practiced voodoo, that was an attack. I would like to know how he ignited it as it was timed perfectly. Sick. Personally I would shoot the bastard if their laws are so corrupt.

It has yet to fully come out exactly how the liquid ignited or if it was even intentional. Do we even know if the liquid is traditionally set fire to when it’s used in other practices?
